In order to achieve this goal Integrity Homes is offering this program to it's customers. You will benefit from a well insulated and tested new home and you can choose from 3 levels of comfort!

Nothing wrong with saving money and helping the environment eh!

What is EnerGuide for New Houses?

The EnerGuide for new Houses scale ranges from 0 to 100. It accommodates the millions of houses across Canada, from older houses in need of renovation to newer, more energy efficient houses. A "0" on the scale would represent an uncomfortable house that has major air leakage, no insulation and extremely high energy consumption. At the other end of the scale,"100" represents a house that is very well insulated, airtight, yet well ventilated and is heated by renewable energy sources such as wind or solar power. Several factors, for example, the size of a homes windows and the direction they face, can affect the rating. Even if two houses appear to be identical, their ratings can be very different due to different levels of insulation, type of heating equipment, etc.
