About Integrity

Integrity Homes is an award-winning company built on a solid foundation of quality, affordability, innovation, and, above all, integrity. Since 2000, Integrity Homes highly-skilled team of professionals has been building vibrant, prosperous and healthy communities throughout the Halifax Regional Municipality. A company that prides itself on superior craftsmanship, innovation, and attention to detail, Integrity Homes provides immeasurable value to their customers by building homes that hold their value and that are recognized in the resale market as a superior quality home and investment.

One of the first EnerGuide for New Houses builders in Halifax, Integrity Homes is has registered its 160th EnerGuide house. Integrity Homes is committed to building homes that not only work more efficiently and that help homeowners save money on their energy bills, but that are easy on the environment as well. All Integrity Homes are built making the most efficient use of land and building products and the Integrity team makes a conscious effort to enhance and protect the environment wherever possible.

According to Andrew Holley, construction manager for Integrity Homes, what sets Integrity Homes apart from its competitors is the people who work for the company. "Our professional, dedicated and experienced employees and contractors are the cornerstones of Integrity Homes," says Holley.

Holley, who is the vice president of the Nova Scotia Home Builders' Association, the chair of the R-2000 advisory committee, co-chair of the training, education and certification committee, former president of CHBA of Central Nova, and member of the Development Liaison Group (DLG), is a firm supporter of having an occupational licensing program for builders and renovators in Nova Scotia. "For the betterment of homeowners and our communities, I believe it should be a mandate", says Holley of licensing.

Integrity Homes current projects include a 46 unit bungalow style townhouse and several single family homes in Russell Lake West, a project which boasts one of the first all natural-gas fed subdivision in the HRM. In fact, Integrity Homes has been recognized for its exclusive townhouse projects. In 2004, 2005 and 2006, Integrity Homes won the multi unit townhouse award from the NSHBA. Another NSHBA award won by Integrity Homes is the 2006 Community Service award for the company's work with Habitat for Humanity.
